Contract A binding contract is formed once Pinstriping Neil confirms the order in writing or begins the agreed work. 4. Prices & Payment All prices are stated in Euro (€). Payment terms are agreed individually (prepayment, invoice or payment upon delivery). 5. Time of Performance Dates and completion times are estimates. Delays caused by material availability, illness or circumstances beyond reasonable control may extend delivery times. 6. Ownership of Work All artworks, designs, sketches and digital files remain the property of Pinstriping Neil until full payment has been received. 7. Copyright All work created by Pinstriping Neil is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, publication or commercial use requires prior written permission. 8. Liability Pinstriping Neil is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded. 9. Cancellation Cancellations are possible only by written agreement. Work already performed and any expenses incurred will be charged. 10.
